Order Times:

All our items are made to order therefore the turn around time depends on multiple factors. We do our best to have orders out ASAP but please keep in mind when ordering it could take up to 6 weeks. 

Delivery:

We are happy to offer delivery to Mohawk racetrack in Milton Ontario for our standardbred horse customers. Customers are also welcome to come pick up directly from us in Glenboro, Manitoba. Please choose local pick up/delivery at check out if you would like this option and we will be in contact with you when your order is ready to arrange delivery.  

Shipping:

We ship via Canada Post or UPS (depending on order size) to anywhere in Canada or the US.  If you need your order shipped please choose SHIP at checkout and our website will automatically generate the shipping cost for you.  Please ensure you provide your complete and correct address. We are not responsible to any lost or damaged packages. Due to the current shipping delays we cannot guarantee any shipping times.

Returns:

As all items are personalized and made to order we do not accept returns. We are however happy to work with you if you receive your order and are unhappy with some aspect of it! Shipping delays are not valid reason for return as shipping times are out of our control.
